Certain truths are universal, absolute. Some truths are Individual. They can differ among the collective, but can still be truth because they anchor in the universal truths. Interpretations, derivatives, permission slips.
Universal truth: Everything is Energy. Energy is Everything. Energy is constantly in motion…that’s vibration. The measurement of the rate of vibration is frequency. Now there is no shortage of individual truths that a person can choose to believe that will allow them to work with the universal truth. Like Reiki.
Reiki is a modality for energy healing. Perhaps the most well known, but not by any means the only. In fact, I teach within the concept that Reiki is beginner level. It should not be gatekept and most of us quickly outgrow it and move into what we believe to be our very own version of Reiki. But the truth is you are growing out of Reiki and into your very own modality. And that’s a beautiful thing. That’s where you are meant to go. Many of us get there and realize we have been doing it the whole time. We just needed to be woken up to doing it intentionally.
